CAll for Blog Writers/Contributors to a QA blog

Is there anyone out there who wants to help organize a daily blog (which hopefully can grow into a full-fledged news and publishing site related to Civil liberties and anti-authoritarian topics.)?

We're looking for a few serious regular contributor writers, bloggers, researchers who want to make QA a must-read source .

One thing I'm wondering when we do get an icon up is if we can also, as many blogs do, have a pithy line or two describing the blog up next to the title. That might be worth some brainstorming. I could easily make it change every hour (with a cron job and ... no, never mind, that would require a full republish every time) -- I could make it change automagically every time an article is posted. Or, with some thought and work, I could make it change on every page load, but I don't really want to put that thought and work into that at the present time.

That fascism quote is from RU? Small world. The revolution not being televised seems too long (although I'll grant its relevance.) And Jefferson is always quotable. Although I'm partial to Ben Franklin: "A republic, if you manage to keep it."

The Jefferson quote I think might work really well. One thing we need to try to do in addition to a pithy quote is state the focus of the blog,even as simple a thing as "
Your daily dose of news on the state of civil liberties and personal freedom" or something like that. and also somewhere on the blog ,make a strong and explicit connection between the blog and the Question authority coalition, some kind of button that says "join question authority'.; ▶ Reply to This
