Knowing, concicely and quantitatively, what eveyone wants will be all powerful?

The only way an open source political party could work, is if you have lots of people, and the ability to know concisely and quantitatively, what every last party member wants right? And if you can do that in a complete, concise, and quantitative way, couldn’t you rule the world, and take away all the power from all the immoral hierarchical leaders in the world?

I propose using a POV wiki like system to develop the parties platform and stuff, perhaps something like we are working on at http://canonizer.com. It is an open ended survey / wiki system.
